This is my entry into the Santa Clara Watercolor Society's 43rd annual show.
There is a white shadow on the picture it is my reflection in the glass as I am taking the picture, it's just above the chiefs head and on into the sqaw.
I'll change it when the show is over and I get the painting back,

Wow, that was a surprise! Indians, I wasn't expecting that! It is very good Hil. I liked it lot. About ten years ago I went on an Indian craze as we found a store that had all Indian head dresses, paintings,dreamcatchers,ceramics etc. So I had several Indian paintings. Yours is much better than any I bought.
hilda, did you just paint that off the top of your head? You didn't have models did you?
No I didn't have models. I made it up. I did do a painting of the Anasazi Indian cliff dwellings and was going to put that one in the show. I suddenly decided last week I wanted to do another smaller one and this is what I came up with, I will post the other painting tomorrow so you can see, how this painting came to be.
